With a small 3.5 litre cooking volume (extendable to 5 litres with the included extender ring), the Halogen Camping Oven packs extremely small and takes up little space in the tent or van. Being a convection oven it will cook anything a home oven will from warming croissants to baking bread and cooking stews, roast chicken, vegetables and bacon; in fact virtually anything!
Being halogen it's clean and is very efficient (cooks a small chicken and roast potatoes to golden brown in just 35 minutes) and as it's an oven, unlike a microwave will crisp cooked food if required. Its 3.5 litre volume is big enough to cook for two people. A small cut of meat, vegatables, sausages, etc though the included extender ring extends the volume to 5 litres. Low power consumption allows it to run off mains hookup whilst small pack size (halogen unit stores inside bowl) makes it really handy. Also great for keeping barbecue food warm.
